There is no question that having a treadmill is a popular choice among exercise enthusiasts all over the world. Not everyone is able to walk outside 365 days per year, so a treadmill is a great purchase that usually offers a wonderful return on investment. Instead of joining an expensive gym where you have to drive to use the treadmill, spending a little bit to have your own is often a better way to go. That’s one of the reasons why we decided to review the Horizon Fitness T101 Treadmill.

What Is Special About the Horizon Fitness T101 Treadmill?

We set out to learn more about the Horizon Fitness T101 Treadmill after hearing some good reviews on it. This treadmill folds up and has a 2.25 hp continuous duty motor which means that it runs quietly. It will go up to 10 mph and incline up to 10%. The belt size is 20 x 55”. The treadmill has nine programming options with three targets of time, calories and distance. There are also three workouts including weight loss, manual and intervals.

The Horizon Fitness T101 Treadmill features a set of Sonic Surround Speakers with MP3 capability as well as a pulse grip heart rate monitor. There is a 300 pound maximum user weight limit and a lifetime warranty on the frame and the motor. There is also a one-year warranty on parts and labor.

This treadmill is great for people who have a rigorous training routine. It’s also very easy to store because it includes the exclusive FeatherLIGHT lift which has two hydraulic shocks that help you when you’re raising or lowering the deck. The deck is held in place above 45° to eliminate the possibility of it dropping. It has PerfectFLEX cushioning and a COOLfit workout fan.

The only negatives that we heard about this treadmill is that you may need to oil it a little more often in order to keep the belt centered. Other than that, it seems to have very good customer reviews.
