The downside to the product, if it really has any, lies in its unclear assembly instructions. Basically, no assembly directions are included with the product. The purchaser does get a blow up drawing of the final product, showing where the bolts and bars go. That is the total extent of the directions. Assuming that the user has some basic skills at putting fairly simple things together, though, he will be alright.

The addition of a good three hundred pound set of weights, a bench which is adjustable, and a set of dumb bells will give the user a really decent working home gym which features more than simply general levels of fitness. Every other component that a body builder requires to really get in to shape and work out all of the various muscles of the body while having the security of self spotting are included. Although there are various competing and newer brand models of workout cages on the market today, Powerline PPR200X Power Rack proves to be by far and away the best rack or cage for the money.
